Diamond Ring Designs

This jeweller does outstanding work for a very reasonable price. I took in my wedding and engagement rings to be resized, but wasn't very hopeful they could be made smaller without remaking them. They have channel set diamonds in them and according to the jeweller in a very large and upmaket store in Civic, 'couldn't be done without remaking the rings'. Dropped them in Saturday and collected them Monday, they look perfect, brand new and now fit very well. Couldn't rate the service or workmanship higher. Was a bit dubious reading some older reviews from years ago; my experience was first rate and deserves 5 stars.

Went with a friend who was looking to get some rings resized and remodelled, along with turning some cuff-links into gifts for her grandchildren.
The jeweller was very thorough and helpful and spend a lot of time coming up with great options.
I also was tempted and came away with some lovely drop rose gold earrings for my own collection.
These jewellers are obviously quite popular and people had to come back so they could devote them their full time to their needs. Good prices too.

Extremely happy with my ring!! I had my grandmothers diamond ring, my mothers diamond ring, and what was left of my own wedding ring. As you can imagine these ring were very precious to me not just in money value, I trusted Diamond ring designs with my rings. When the shop was broken into early this year 2015 I couldn't believe it!!! My precious rings that have sat in my jewelry box in pieces for years were gone! After a long night of worries I was able to call, Ian Russel answered my call and I was very relieved that all costumer jewelry was safe, He had lost all his display jewelry, he went on to explain that it will be some time before he could get my ring finished...That was fine by me I was just relieved that my rings were safe. After about 6 weeks I went in for my first fitting before he set the diamonds I was very happy. Giving them half star is a bit too generous of me. I would not give them any star at all. Very rude, arrogant attitude. We took our wedding rings for resizing. The staff was very arrogant, rude and grumpy. They promised us it could be done in about a week. We went back after more than 1 week, it was still not ready yet. No one bothered to give us any call or anything and we went all the way there for nothing. No apology from themselves. Then we went back after another week. We got the rings, but so many things went wrong, it was totally out of expectation! They still wanted to charge us full price. Again, no apology from them. They were still trying to talk down on us and lecture us. Very rude attitude!! Avoid this shop at all cost!!

Extremely unhappy with their customer service. I purchased the seven lucky rings after I was told by a sales representative that hadn't seen many around at other jewellers. I found out they were quiet common by doing a quick google search and went to get a refund 10mins later but was refused. I was treated very rudely and they didn't understand that the sales representative had misrepresented the product. The management staff just stated that how was they meant to know about other jewellery stores stock. Regardless of the issue the management staff was very rude.
