I was a first time shopper at mitre 10, I used to shop at Bunnings Eltham, I purchased timber and a barbeque from mitre 10 and was offered a 'mighty rewards' card by the helpful staff at the registers, I now shop there regularly and receive great discounts.

I shop fairly regularly at mitre 10 for timber, but I will not be going back there after witnessing one of the managements arguing with one of the employers in a very unprofessional manner. A few times I have heard bad language but to hear a management threaten to 'punch' a staff member is disgraceful. I wont be returning to mitre 10 sadly.
