We do not recommend using Dimension Gardenscape because: 1) we identified significant discrepancies in the variations/accounting practices of the company; 2) the finished product is mostly good but barely satisfactory in a couple of areas and, 3) our full garden renovation took months longer to complete than necessary.
When we questioned the costs behind some large variation invoices the company became increasingly defensive. With great difficulty we received a variation of several thousand dollars in our favour, but paid many thousands of dollars for materials, labour and substantial hidden costs far in excess of retail prices and industry hourly rates for other variations. Some of these expenses were incurred without a prior variation even being agreed.

1.Our initial design process will not be finalised until all options have been decided by the client. In this case we had 16 Variations.
2.Our workmanship is guaranteed, we had no contact regarding any fault rectification.
3.Time management has to be a combined effort, which, in this case was exacerbated by constant lengthy delays in decisions around unplanned, additionally requested works, e.g. a pre-existing, major plumbing problem which was resolved.
4.Tip fee (Waste) dockets were shown to the client at the end of the project. They were on-charged accordingly.
5.The continuity of the work was compromised due to the presence of other contractors, such as painter and a builder, which required us to leave the site for extended periods of time.
Despite all comments about costs, we made a 4% loss (-$4,875.83).

Not happy with the job these guys did. They were very expensive for what I received - cheap irrigation system, thin layers of top soil and mulch, overpriced and inappropriate plant choices.
Look elsewhere is my advice.
I am sorry you feel this way about your landscaping project. Its hard to know who you are with an anonymous profile. We might be able to address your concerns if you bring them to us directly. I am more than happy to rectify any quantities you feel need to be adjusted or replace plants.
