FOR YOUR OWN SANITY - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I have just used this company for conveyancing and the staff do not return your calls or emails, overcharge you, complete your stamp duty payable to State Revenue Office incorrectly making you pay the full stamp duty instead of the reduced stamp duty for principle place of residence, leaving YOU to sort this out with the State Revenue Office. They charge you a Settlement Agent Fee - and as it turns out the Settlement Agent is actually part of their company. If you dont pay the fee they tell you that you cannot settle. They do not even rate 1 star.
Terrible. Opened us up to a huge, expensive, legal nightmare. Had to engage a solicitor to fix and negotitate. They did not want to hear anything back and when we bought up reimbursement, they simply stated that they have been doing what the do for many years, knew all about the issue but no one else has ever had a problem. Terrible communication, non responsive, says they are well respected in the community. Utterly digusting.

These guys know what they are doing, but my experience was tainted by the how rude the management staff was to me and the fact that I was charged 1500 odd when I was quoted a fixed quoted of 800 saying that my case took more time, no one informed me though that it would cost me so mcuh more.
You can rely on them to get things done right and in time
You can't expect good treatment from their top lawyers (lady at reception was lovely)
You can't rely on their word when it comes to price.

Our fee system is confirmed in writing at the outset of the transaction and only alters if you engage further work outside the normal transaction. Unfortunately in rare instances you may require additional services in order to comply with your contract.
We have built our business on integrity and premium customer service. We do not pay referral fees/kick backs and rely soley on happy customer recommendations.
