Our Head Mechanic Nick has been fully qualified since 1996 and has since completed courses in gearboxes, vehicle electronics, diagnostics, air conditioning, child-restraint fitting, brakes and final drives. He is happy to do engine rebuilds and suspension work as well as all the usual services you would expect (brake repairs, batteries, major and minor services etc).
With a name starting with "discount tyres" of course we're not just mechanics. We carry a range of tyres suitable for most vehicles, and if we don't have the tyres you need we can generally order them in the following day.
Most importantly of all, we believe in building a loyal client base where most of our business is generated by word of mouth. This can only happen by treating our customers like gold and exceeding their expectations.

We have been extremely satisfied customers with Discount Tyres and Automotive since they opened about 2 years ago. What was outstanding from the start was the commitment to establishing a trusting relationship which was based on honesty, technical competency, thoroughness and a fair price for services rendered.
We have found that when a problem has arisen it has been accurately diagnosed and time has been taken to explain what the problem was and what options were available to fix the issue. When our last repair required more than one day to fix, one of 3 courtesy cars was supplied to minimise the inconvenience.
What is really noticeable as far as customer relationships are concerned, is that all staff are outgoing and friendly and exhibit a determination to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I went there twice and they were always very helpful . Highly skilled mechanics great customer service and honest. I had several issues with my car and had a pink slip due on the day I went to three other mechanic work shops and they pretty much tried to rob me blind I got three kids and I highly depend on my vehicle and im not made of money. The boys at this workshop fixed the problems in record time and at a much better price and kept me on the road . Keep up the good work boys and see you guys next service thank you.

It was my first time visiting this Mechanic today. The young fellow who was completely on his own, did a Britain of a job in holding the fort - answering the phone continually, running back to attend to Customer's vehicles - mine included. He was friendly, and courteous, nothing was a trouble. Most of all couldn't believe how much money I saved, which was at least $200.00 or more in what I had done today.
