my experience in buying a $70,000 KOMBI Camper was less than pleasing, I bought on line, ( i was unable to view & was assured of high quality materials & fit-out) the delivered vehicle has lots of over spray on the external paint, table stored is unsecured, 1st auxiliary battery in a cupboard, 2nd auxiliary battery has to have the cover removed to take the unsecured table out, the fit-out is in heavy chipboard , unsealed at the rear (any quality company uses light ply or similar board to maximize fuel efficiency) the requested USB port is a cable in the glove box, the seat belts have to be re-positioned after laying the bed down a difficult job that takes several minutes, the brake cable is rubbing on the water tank & has to be re-positioned, fire extinguisher is positioned in a cupboard regulations state it must be visible (very little storage space left). they offered to take the vehicle back less costs, but never continued even with my offer of dropping $2,000 to ...read more
