I bought what said was a ssi advanced open water course rang up booked in then got conformation e-mail saying I was booked in for advanced adventurer course rang them up all they kept saying is its in our wording not our problem you bought it . Rang department of fair trading they tried telling them it was same course and they won't do anything . Is now going to the tribunal . I would avoid doing any business with this company .
Terrible customer service... I bought a voucher from an online deal site, firstly the T&Cs didn't stipulate that to use the voucher you must have dived in the last 12mths... I hadn't (it had been around 2yrs) so I asked for a compromise, perhaps a credit towards a more suitable dive/course, I was meant to hear back from someone who could help me... nothing, left numerous voice mails and sent 4 emails - no response. Absolutely disgusting, I will be seeking a refund and will warn against this company at every opportunity.
Just completed my Open Water course with them. They are Awesome, All there stuff is so cheap!!! i couldn't find it anywhere cheaper. Since i'm a newbie, i didn't really know what i was looking for, but the team in there was able to guide me to the best choice. The deal they gave me was unbelievable, it was over $200 cheaper than anywhere i could find on the internet, or overseas!!!! As to customer service, I'm not sure what the other 2 user experienced, but there all divers so they are all friendly and give genuine advice, not selling yo the bad stuff but ensuring you have the stuff that will last you a lifetime. They went out of there way to contact a manufacture and getting a mask that is perfect for me, as i need corrective lenses. Can't wait to dive with them again!!!
