DIYKitchen provided a custom built modular kitchen for my daughter a couple of years ago to our design and specs. We did the install ourselves and it all fitted together brilliantly. I took my drawings in for my kitchen to get a rough idea on price.With their recommendations and highly skilled design team i came away with something i was more than happy with.I was even more thrilled at the price and could see these guys really looked after me.I had previously obtained other quotes but DIY's quote was more than fair.The kitchen arrived a couple of weeks later,my mate and i installed it,and it fit into the area perfectly.It looks fantastic.I saved money,quality materials were used and i could not be happier.....Thanks again Dave,i have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone requiring a quality kitchen at an affordable price.Cheers mate.
Save yourself the headache and do NOT use this company. There were so many problems with the plans and despite communicating with them numerous times, the delivered kitchen is not at all what we wanted. We are now having to spend extra money to fix the many problems as DIY Kitchen don't care and will not take any responsibility. We are still waiting for kickboards that they hadn't orderered enough of!
The process was very easy and straight forward. I came out to their showroom in Penrith & was helped through my design and got to view loads of colours and samples I hadn't seen elsewhere. The salesperson was very helpful and guided me through the process and had no problems answering my many questions and actually made me think about quite a few things others hadn't warned me about which made the whole process of my renovation go very smoothly. I would highly recommend them as my kitchen was delivered and installed in only a few weeks and the quality was of a very high standard.

Seemed great to start. Drove all the way out to them (from the Inner West) to go through a design as they dont do home visits and measures having been referred by my trades-person who was going to install. All very helpful at the start, then could not get hold of them. Funny that over 6 weeks later, I get a call from someone there asking if I was going to go ahead. When I explained that I had followed up 3 times to get a quote and would not be progressing until I at least got that to consider, it was then full steam ahead again for a bit. Was just about to sign on the dotted line and thank goodness I didnt as they completely fell off the radar again and didnt respond to any follow up emails. Who knows what happened with the job clearly they have more work than they can handle or they just dont want it.

Thank you for your response but given this will be the 3rd time this has happened trying to get this working with DIY kitchens I have had to move on with someone else who got this all arranged, delivered and installed in 3 weeks.
I appreciate that you have moved on but when placing a negative review, the business would always like to gather more information & follow this up on your behalf.We have never had any communication from any customer resembling your claims, & the process you have described in your original comment does not reflect our process in providing quotes & progressing quotes to orders. We appreciate all feedback to our business but as we have never had any correspondence from yourself directly to our company we are at a loss to even guess at who you are. dnorm. Appreciate your comments however, I do not have the time to yet again go through this with DIY Kitchens (it would make it the 4th time!). When you first requested a review by TrueLocal of my initial review, I was required to send them copious amounts of information to prove the validity of the content of my review with dates, names and times of calls made as well as email trails.
