Extremely Bad experience. Went to purchase a study desk on 3rd November. They said its in stock and took the advance stating they will call us when the desk has arrived from their Penrith warehouse to showroom. No one bothered calling. When called to inquire they said its not in stock and will take a week to arrive. 2 weeks later called again for followup. they said it is in warehouse and will take another week to deliver. When requested cancellation of order they said they can deliver it next day to compensate for the delay and requested full amount. Next day did not heard from anyone.
Will not buy ever from this outlet!!

Our 1st experience with this LARGE company and never again will we deal with them! The sales people (2 different individuals ) told us 2-3weeks delivery time. 2 weeks became 4, 4 weeks became 6 at which time after numerous enquiries they realised that it had arrived in stock but no-one had bothered to contact us. I spent half of my one day off work trying to assemble the item from a vague instruction paper only to find that the item was faulty. Domayne then palmed us off to their supplier. We are now waiting for a slow boat from China with the non faulty panels to complete our childs $700 desk.
Upon purchase and FULL PAYMENT I inquired about whether the unit came in a flat pack, I was given the option. I requested assembled and got FLAT PACKED!!........how does such appauling service exist in a company of this stature?! Good service and its a lot bigger than it looks! Bedding selects is huge and there are lots of couches.
