Dooleys Waterview Club

Without a doubt this club has the worst service of any restaurant I have ever been to. I would give them zero if I could. The meals in our group came OVER AN HOUR apart! A group of approximately 40 people who arrived after us got served in between our meals. Then when we finally did get served some of the meals were cold & we were told straight after we finished eating very rudely by a waitress that she had to set up for Mother's Day lunch the next day so we needed to leave. The restaurant was empty by this time because we had waited so long for our meals to arrive so what was stopping them setting up the other tables I don't know. When we complained she rolled her eyes at us. Unfortunately this isn't a one off either, we have been there 3 times now & its the same rubbish service each time with the same stupid excuses that the kitchen stuffed up the order. Whatever. This is located in an industrial area. Plenty of parking. More for the mature group rather than families. There are 2 other Dooley's clubs that maybe suited to young families especially the Lidcombe club.

Food is reasonable pricing and facilities and dining area outside is picturesque.

Lowest review I can give. Staff were okay but didn't know much. Booked a room with nothing at all included, drinks were well priced but bad quality (scotch ect...), booked the room til 12 but they stopped selling alcohol at 11.15. Food was very very poor, do not recommend, never come here!!

The restaurant is quite small in comparison to the Lidcombe site, but I would certainly recommend Dooleys Silverwater if you're looking to take a large group of people out for lunch or dinner that have young children - there is an indoor play room for them that is sectioned off by sound proof glass. It is important not to visit expecting fine dining, as the menu is certainly not extensive and the food quality is reflective of a bistro type dining - fast but at times lacking in what you would expect from the description. However if you visit acknowledging such facts you should emerge a happy customer.

This club/restaurant has a nice ambient atmosphere and during the week, is not too noisy or crowded. We ordered some antipasto to go with our drinks and truly, the serving was enough for 4 people (we were only 3). The staff are friendly and the lounges comfy.
