The service is friendly, however, myself and a number of friends have been to this lunch bar a number of times thinking we may have got their toasties on a bad day. But each time the toast has been so rock hard that it scrapes the gums and leaves the mouth with ulcers. Not sure how long they had been sitting in the warmer.
