Dishonest company. I ordered a watch which was a faulty item. I sent it back and they promised me to refund me the postage but they didn’t. They pretend they are an Australian company but actually it’s located in Singapore. I had to pay a lot to send back the faulty item to Singapore and they refuse to refund the postage.
I ordered 4 watches.
2 cent worth watches were as they should be and in original packaging.
1 dollar worth watch was not in original packaging in a box that did not fit it and had a divot on the case which had been smoothed out.

I bought a watch Hamilton watch from Down Under Watches.
Shortly after purchasing I got the usual emails stating my order had gone through. The next day I got an email saying my order had been processed - expect to get you shipment in 3-4 days.
3 days later and no emails stating my watch had been shipped yet. I emailed them asking what was happening and I got a reply stating they were moving locations and my order would go out first thing Monday in two days.
Monday afternoon comes and no emails saying my watch had been shipped. I emailed them politely asking if it would be shipped out and if it wouldn't be shipped out soon could they refund me my purchase.
I get an email back saying we'll refund you your purchase in due course. So now I'm waiting for a refund.
Incredibly bad service. I can only imagine what it would be like claiming any sort of warranty through them.
To follow up...I emailed them back confirming the refund. I got two emails back from them stating they would be refunding me my purchase and sorry for the inconvenience. I was just about to buy a replacement watch from another company when I get an email from Down Under Watches saying that my order had been shipped. I email them back asking them what happened to my refund and they reply with "Thanks for your patience your order was shipped today" From Singapore, I might add. I was under the impression I was dealing with a local company. This means if I want to send it back I imagine I need to pay for shipping to Singapore, not Sydney.
