Dr Alan Tong

I found Dr Tong too busy to help you when you actually need help.
I had a traumatic experience dealing with Dr Tong's receptionist whilst bleeding and miscarrying recently.
- Upon first sighting blood, She said she can only fit me in in 4 days time. No alternate option to contact Dr Tong, no practical advice or empathy.
- Next night I was admitted into ER because of excruciating stomach pains, I passed the product and had miscarried at 10.5 weeks. I called Dr Tong. He's receptionist said he as "too busy to contact me", my only option was to keep my appointment in 2 days time.

Dr Tong is a fantastic choice for anyone suffering from infertility issues!! I had been trying to fall pregnant for years and was so emotional , after seeing Dr Tong he put my mind at ease. He is so knowledgable and explains the whole process in detail that you can understand. We went through the ICSI cycle and I fell pregnant one the first try!!! Dr Tong is now my Obstetrician. Can not thank him enough!!

So far i have found Dr Tong fantastic! He is extremely knowledgable in the field of IVF and gyno/obstetrics, politely spoken/friendly, paitient in answering any questions and he doesnt rush you out once your appointment time is up.



I attend his rooms at Westmead Private where he has an ultrasound machine which allows me to see my child on each visit :oD
