The most thorough motor mechanic you will find! Willy & the team will be our mechanics for life after our recent experience. We purchased a car in late 2017 and decided to take the car to Willy at Dr Car after we were referred by one of their other clients. They are very friendly and provide a comprehensive detailed document of all their findings within the car, before any works were done Willy ran us through everything that was urgent and what wasn't urgent and spent the time to find the best priced parts for us. When the car wasn't quite ready for a family Christmas trip we were even leant one of their personal family cars for the trip free of charge so we didn't miss out. Outstanding service and it's nice to be told exactly what is good and bad with our car so we know what we are paying for. I will highly recommend Dr Car to anyone I know.

One of the engine mounts was broken. Took to Dr Car, was told both mounts were broken and was quoted $585. Searched intenet it says unlikely all mount could broke at the same time. I asked my Car back for 2nd opnion. Dr Car hold my car for 5 days and asked me to make a payment of $71.23 for the quote. I had to pay to get my car back and Dr Car produced me an invoice that says I had authorised the charge. Ironically the invoice for this charge also says only one engine mount was broken. I had my Car repaired with geniuine Honda parts for $290. Lodged a claim with NSW C&A tribunal. The tribunal made the order for Dr Car to pay back me $71.23. Even though it cost me more to get the monay back and took me the time to attend two hearings, it is well worth it. Dr Car, stop ripping off your customers!!!
I am a regular customer of Dr Car where I let my Volvo services and repairs done for five years. The director there Willy is a highly competent mechanic himself, and in dealing with every mechanical problems of my car he shows great profession. When necessary, he recommends and let me choose parts between the genuine or factory re-manufactured item. I once had a bad ECU problem for a ABS warning light, and he saved me more than a thousand dollars. Price of regular services is also much less than a dealer, yet the quality is the same or better. I like the detail report with every invoice and the free car wash with every service.
