Very very poor and rude customer/patient service by the receptionist name Hong!!! She deliberately squeezes patients in between bookings even though you book days ahead and makes you wait at least 2 hours before you're even seen by the doctor. When you approach to enquire about the wait, she's utterly rude and snaps bluntly in response. Staff like her should be fired on the spot for lack of mannerisms and rudeness!!! It was a very frustrating experience there...
