Dr Helen Zongas has been practicing general dentistry since 1990 and is the co-founder of Dentessence in Pitt Street Sydney CBD.

Particular aspects of general dentistry Helen excels in include-
(1) Direct composite resin restorations, both in the anterior and posterior regions.
(2) Orthodontics involving active removable appliances (plates), braces and Invisalign for all ages.
(3) Preventative dentistry which aims to predict possible problems and place corrective restorations to enhance longevity of weakened or compromised teeth. This may occur in children, though is especially prevalent in adults.
(4) Clenching, grinding and TMJ dysfunction therapies.
(5) Complex restorative cases, involving any combination of points one to four above.
