Dr J Kerr

Dr is good but boy the receptionist is just plain rude...

Never see this paediatrician, no bedside manner, comes across as very nice at first but then comes across as rude and arrogant. Receptionists are poorly mannered some days, other days they are helpful and lovely. I would not recommend Dr Kerr for anyone.

Dr Kerr is a great doctor was prompt when dealing with my sons and followed up and listened to all my issues,very efficient sending out scripts to chemist and emailed referrals straight away , reception had report out only hours out after our appointment very happy with our care we received

My son has been seeing Dr Kerr for about 2 years , he is hard to understand and is very quick with his appointments, my sons meds no longer work we are struggling big time ,unfortunately they are booked up all time .
Dr Kerr is very friendly most times.
Reception well depends on there day sometimes nice sometimes just rude. I wish there was more options with mental health for our babies only seeing Dr every 6 months is just to long to wait in my opinion.
