Dr Tim Schindler

I had Dr Schindler as my family doctor for years, he treated my mother until she passed away and treated me through both my pregnancies as well as other matters... such a caring, and awesome doctor, wish he was local to me now, would deal with nobody else!

I also have never had any issues with staff or Dr's. They are friendly and helpful. I agree that there can be long waits, but that happens in any doctors waiting rooms, it might me helpful if there were a water station. And as to the kids toys/books, I asked the staff this question once and was told that with the environment that it was best practice to not provide this items as the germ transference would be very high, plus they get taken (accidentially or otherwise). Also the same for adult reading material. Best come prepared for your own entertainment. At least they have a working TV.

BEWARE! The most awful rude, abrasive and unhelpful reception staff await the patients to treat them like dirt here. The wait in the waiting room was for many hours, there were no toys for the young children to play with and they had to be physically restrained for all those hours as there are dangerous glass sliding doors that can pinch a child are no barrier for a child to dissapear down the stairs. The doctor we saw was very good but after 4 visits we will never return here again because of the reception staff.

Reading the review below surprises me. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this medical centre, find the reception staff very pleasant and friendly and the Drs. very kind and thorough. Although we use them as our "back up" or emergency Dr. usually, we have been using them more and more as our first choice due to the convenience. Highly recommend Dr. Bashir, an absolutely lovely man who really investigates if you are unwell to actually solve the problem, and Dr. Beegan and Dr. Liu are wonderful also. Have been there with broken bones, very sick little ones, rashes etc. etc. and have never waited long at all in an emergency. As I said, very surprised at negative reviews, as have only ever found the staff at the centre to be helpful, thorough and professional.

Agree with all other poor reviews. The reception staff are not helpful at all. Came at 4.30 today and asked to see my GP they told me they are busy with patients and leaving early (didn't tell me that on the phone!). I insisted that I need to pick up my results and see GP for a couple of minutes as it's important and asked them to phone GP but they said No, they wouldn't do that. I can see another doctor if I want. Well, obviously I have my reasons to see my doctor, I haven't been able to get to the centre for over a week due to poor health so I was lucky my husband drove me today. Anyway, I didn't get to see my GP and have to wait till next week and hope I'm able to drive myself there. It's a major put off, I just don't want to go there again.
