The restaurant, which opens Wednesday to Sunday 11am till late offers a relaxed casual dining experience where everyone is welcome to come in and try some of the tantalising produce on offer on Tasmania's North West coast, or, just kick back on the couch with a glass of wine or a local boutique beer. Along with this Drift also has a takeaway gourmet burger bar, which runs 7 days a week 10am till 8pm. Drift Cafe, Drift in and settle down for a wonderful experience.
The food is not that of a pub or club but rather of exotic flavours, fresh flavoursome and very tantalising. Having been several times now I highly recommend a relaxing lunch or evening here or if on the go and in a hurry why not try the delicious freshly made gourmet burgers. No matter which you will be delighted. And remember it is a casual cafe so just relax.

Their food is fresh, healthy and made by top chefs that know how to please your appetite. A cosy restaurant with comfortable seating or relax on the couch. I also love their gourmet burger selections; healthy and oh so good they make your mouth water, and they also cater for children too! If you love coffee as I do, Mmm Mmm made to perfection! One thing I really was impressed about, they will bend over backwards to cater for your eating reqirements, so all you diabetic people, don't walk past Drift they would have to be one of the rare restaurants/cafe's that go that extra mile that will try to please everyone! I highly recommend you Drift on by and relax with the sea side view, and say hi to their friendly staff, they are all very friendly. My number 1 to eat, drink and relax!
