Dunn & Farrugia Fencing and Gates

Donna and Carrie are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Could already tell that Donna was in a foul mood the moment she spoke on the phone and she isnt even aware of the products they are selling, telling me lies about what colours they have available. Carrie seems like she is in the wrong industry and shouldn't be allowed to communicate directly with customers. As we have some of the posts installed already, but not all of them, it would have made sense for the person doing the check measure to determine what exact colour we need. I would trust an expert in the industry for years to be much better at matching which shade of cream as opposed to myself trying to match off of a tiny blurry picture on your website. Unprofessional and rude, nasty people.

From the moment we stepped foot into Dunn and Farrugia just looking at what was available to the finished product the experience was fantastic. The service they offered was excellent.Tianna in the office explained all the steps that would be involved and kept us informed the whole time. The Quotation was easy and the knowledge these people have is above what we expected. The quotation and fencing install staff were on time and I would be proud to have them as employees. From the quotation process for our front-yard aluminium fencing through to the final installation, Dunn & Farrugia offered an excellent service. The administrative staff were very clear and helpful about the company's approach on all fronts. The quotation and fencing staff kept in good contact with us about their arrival times, listened very carefully to our needs and preferences, and were very skilled at problem-solving and offering expert advice. They were also friendly and polite. The final result is a beautiful fence that is both attractive and welcoming, and fully secure for our dogs. We love the design, which fits well with our older home, and the way the gates shut properly and are so easy to use. A big thank you to Dunn & Farrugia for providing a terrific addition to our home!

Had my fence done early this month, not happy with the design. Where on earth would you find the bolt lock is outside the fence as suggested by the salesman, don't know what he's talking about I just said yes to it, now I regretted heaps. Wish they will always design it to be inside without asking the customer who has no idea about fencing!!!!
