If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting customer service. First getting to our destination and then being told the taxi driver can’t accept cash, yet we didn’t have any. We were spoken down to and rudely for something we could have avoided if communication was open. He knew the eftpos machine wasn’t working. We offered to send money the next day, after messaging his personal phone number to ask for bank details, he never responded. Probably because he knew he was guilty.
Guilty of reversing into our weekend rental house garage in Yallingup, 3 people seeing it happen and watching him speed off. Yet we cannot be beleived because the taxi driver insists he didn’t do it and we three who saw it, aren’t to be beleived because we are friends according to the company.

We used Dunsborough Taxis on Sunday of the long weekend and cannot fault the service we received. Mick the driver was polite and accomodating. As there were a group of us I did bother to book ahead of the weekend, Peter the booking officer was great in helping us with which vehicle would suit us as we needed an anchor for a baby seat. The taxi was on time both ways even tho they were super busy. It was a tad expenensive, but not overly for the time of year. I hear some other people's frustration but I can only encourage you to book ahead if you are in dunsborough during peak times.
The WORST customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Abusive language, false information and completely unprofessional. It honestly sucks that this company is the only one that can get you around dunsborough. I’ve never been spoken to so badly and insulted so much by a company that is supposed to strive on customer service. I hope someone is brave enough to challenge them and start a new transport business in dunsborough. I can’t express in words my disappointment with dunsborough taxis. If you can avoid, DONT USE THEM !!
Worst service ever, for a whole week we were unable to get taxis from dunsbrough, each night we had to call busselton taxis in order to get home. The lady answering the phone was just rude and ignorant and had refused to send out a taxi because of traffic. A taxi was needed at 11 at night and from Dunsbrough to Margaret River, I understand that is far away but we are paying for it. Very disorganised, "call back in an hour" "hour and a half wait" "we can't send out any cars" "cars should be available in an hour after a rush", I had a feeling that they had been accepting others calls and not ours. But my main problem was the fact that the lady over the phone refused to send out a taxi, because of buses? What does that even mean? Dunsbrough needs another taxi service. We had to pay $200 almost every night in order to get home, just because dunsbrough taxi service had us waiting around for hours.
