The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the train station, ferry terminal or down to bike/walking tracks along the river. There are a few restaurants/take aways and a corner shop on the same road if the hotel doesn't have what you are looking for.
The room was comfortable and had everything you would expect it to have. The bed has a blanket between 2 sheets, which isn't as comfortable as a duvet. The Superior King room has a large spa type bath as well as a shower with good water pressure....the door doesnt seal very well though. Internet for guests is free.
The concierge was very helpful in suggesting things to do.
