Dwellingup B&B and Chalets

Booked to stay here weeks in advance, and a week before arrival they emailed and cancelled saying they had double booked our chalet and that they had no chalets left. I then emailed them for an explanation and for them to work something out as I had already booked non refundable activities in dwellingup for the weekend, and every other place I tried (because it was at such short notice) was already fully booked out. I also explained that this to me was unacceptable service. They didn't reply to my email, so I phoned them, and was told that there was nothing they could do. It was at this point that I got really upset knowing I would be out of pocket by hundreds of dollars for these activities and as we live so far away, we couldn't travel the distance to dwellingup and back every day to do these activities.
