Body and Mind together yet separate. Massage, Hypnotherapy, Counselling and more. Dynamic Therapy looks to help anyone be it for body or mind. This is done through various therapies.
For the physical therapies we use: Remedial Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Muscle Energy Techniques, Myofascial Release, PNF work, Nerve Mobilisation, Pregnancy Massage, Acupressure, Swedish Massage and Total Body Relaxation Massage.
For the behavioural therapies we use: Counselling, Hypnotherapy and specialise in helping anyone "Quit Cigarettes In 60 minutes".
Many clients do come in for help using both the body therapies as well as the behavioural therapies.
I have been practising for 11 years full time with my own Business and prior to that another 18 years in a part time capacity.
The clinic is there to help you grow better in both body and mind.
