We have an old house that still had a grease trap which had totally blocked all our sinks, rang J&T Dale and that afternoon Dean and apprentice came and re-did the pipework. Impossible to say how pleased we are with the service we recieved. Had a lot of tradies over the years and to be impressed enough for me to write a review is really saying something.
Two neighbours have asked how we found the company and we've recommended them, so word of mouth is still a thing even in this day and age.

I normally attempt to repair most maintenance issues around the house myself but sewer water coming out of my drains was a bit out of my league.
One phone call and I knew I had called the right people.
My drains were repaired the same day and Adam was brilliant.

My wife and I called J&T Dale Plumbing early Thursday morning as we had a burst water line in the laundry.
They definitely are reliable as they answered our call the first time before 7AM and then an experienced qualified plumber arrived within the hour and completed the replacement hose.
Dean cleaned up the entire laundry with a mop and was an extremely polite gentleman.
Keep up the great work J&T Dale Plumbing, your service was recommended off our neighbour Gary who called on you a couple of months ago :).

Called J&T Dale about a few Plumbing issues I was having.
Two apprentices showed up.
Among the issues were 2 leaking toilets.
After a brief check with “the boss” by phone,I was told that the parts were no longer available and that I would need to replace both toilet suites at a cost of $1200 each??
Naturally I declined and rang another plumber who promptly replaced the faulty parts for less than $200.
Not impressed by this companies approach,and they can keep their “complimentary hose check” “customer service speak”and up selling as well.

This review has taken me by surprise as all of our jobs are strictly attended to by a qualified plumber and usually accompanied by an apprentice.
