Eagle Boys

It seems the shop has been closed down already....

For the second time, i've ordered pizza from the store and its arrived ridiculously late, and cold. Last time this happened I was promised a free meal, which I never claimed. This time, it arrived 30 mins late, the driver made me come downstairs to get the meal, and when I opened the box, it was cold. I sent them back to the store, called them to tell them I wasn't happy, they offered me a free meal (again), and then 10 mins later the store called to tell me the management, told me I would have to pay 50% of the fee! I cancelled the order on the spot.

When I was a kid, I remember getting Eagle Boys in Coffs Harbour, and thinking it was the best pizza ever. Dealing with the Concord store has been atrocious every time. Not only deliveries, but when I walk in as well.

The Concord store's work ethic is disgusting. I'm ashamed i've recommended and defended the chain of places to my friends, but no more.

We used to order from the local Pizza Hut but the quality, size and taste just kept getting worse. But when Eagle Boys came to Concord we thought we'd give them a go. They seem to be about the same price and make a pretty decent pizza, my favourite is the avocado and prawn. Only complaint is that have all different levels of pizza from standard to gourmet which makes ordering and calculating the price a bit complicated, specially if you are using coupons.
