If you find yourself passing through Bendigo or it's surrounds and you like "Cauliflower and Cheese sauce" I would suggest you try this Bakery. I was delighted to find a cauliflower and cheese pie on offer. A tasty alternative to the usual bakery items available for a vegetarian ie. "Spinach and ricotta everything" The do sell fast though, so get in early. Yummy vanilla slice too.
