Best quality Yum Cha, the foods are always great but just adequate service.

Bad service, manager wasn't happy that I'd asked for tea to be served. Told us "why bother him when we call other staffs for tea".

Not my best yum Cha experience... The food was very mediocre and small! Seemed like they were understaffed as we had to hunt down for service. I had expected more from the Phoenix brand.

High quality ingredients, A+ service, the food is extremely good. Is a little pricey but you get exactly what you pay for. Highly recommend the pipis in XO sauce and the salt & pepper calamari. Scrumptious!

This time around my extended family and I visited East Phoenix for their weekend dim sum (aka yum cha) that this restaunt group has been very popular for in Sydney. Visiting on a Sunday afternoon, this spacious and large, open-plan place was very packed with visitors and there were even a few groups queueing up. But luckily we have made prior reservations so we did not have to wait for long.

The dim sum selections are very extensive and they were very fresh too. They also tasted great. The dim sum carts come every so often and the staffs are also regularly available for service, although sometimes you might need to put up with occasional delays as the place does get very busy at certain points of times.

Being a part of the new East Village shopping centre means that you can use their free ticketless parking underground and not have to worry too much about how to get there.
