My daughter left her purse on the 626 bus last Friday and Eastrans bus service went above and beyond good customer service to return it back to us. From the honest bus driver who notified the depot to the incredibly helpful man (Raj) in the office, thank you very very much.
Hi Everyone! Just wanting to share my great experience with Eastrans Bus Service, Route 624. This morning I left my bag on the bus 8.00am Auburn Station to Burley St, Tooronga Road - (Hawthorn East). Lucky for me the Bus Depot Operations Manager was on to it quick! He rang around every bus driver to get my bag back! Not only did he do this he arranged a courtesy car from the depot in Caulfied to bring it back to me at Tooronga Road. Wow! What a fantastic Bus Service!
