The installation was shocking and we would never use them again.
The awning never functioned correctly and failed. We called them to rectify the issue and he was immediately dismissive that it was not the installation fault.
Totally rude and unprofessional. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Just another dodgy tradie making a quick buck without taking any responsiblilities for their product and actions.
The installation was a total disaster. Their installers left cans lying around, left the old casings where they felI. I am totally disgruntled with their service. I contacted the sales rep who took my order and listed my complaints. NOTHING has been done about it, NO-ONE from their organisation contacted me regarding my concerns and to TOP IT OFF - they charged my credit card for the balance of the account WITHOUT my knowledge and WITHOUT fixing anything!
I rated them 1 but only because there was not a NEGATIVE star option!
After a month of awning installation, numerous phone calls and emails asking for a paid invoice, always told that they'd get the Account department to send it or get someone to call back, never heard anything, no emails, no phone call and no paid invoice. Got on the phone with them again and the reception was eager to get off the phone without being able to help any further than taking name and number (again!).
Their price might be competitive but once money has changed hands, professionalism is definitely lacking.
After sale service is lacking. After awning was installed 2 weeks ago, we are still waiting for our receipt. Requested the receipt and warranty details thru email and phone call, but heard nothing so far. A complete opposite of before installation service which was very quick and was followed up within one day. Once full payment is made, we have heard nothing.
Mannerism and communications with customer are very professional, courteous giving a call when running late, but rather disorganised.
Make sure to see a photo of open and closed awning if not seeing it in the showroom. Misunderstanding happens especially if we are not familiar with all the terms used.
Ended up paying a lot more than quoted as manual crank is not possible for the size wanted (as we decided to get 1 big awning instead of 3 small ones). ...read more
