I am not a Happy Customer for a Start.
I bought a Hitachi Split System from
Eco Electrical Service Cheltenham Road Dandenong. .I also had them install the Unit. .all up $3000. .8 months .down the tracks. .the Unit is now Leaking Water. .when turned on. .
I contacted Eco Electrical Service. To
Fix the problem. .Only to be told. .we only have a Part Time Technician. And he will be over a week later on Wednesday however we don't have a time frame. ..Please for future reference
When dealing with unknown companies. Make sure you have a good. .reliable breakdown in Order. .if not you will have to wait. .for over a week. .may be longer for someone to fix the problem. .
