Very disappointing !!!
Customer service never call you back you just get the runaround. This has happened countless times.
The contractors don't have a clue what they are doing , called out twice for the same issue but cannot resolve or even pinpoint the problem. Contractors had to Call the BOSS to get directions on what to do . Then left without fixing .
I have a Econocycle underground tank that they installed and they cannot even service their own product.
Look elsewhere for a professional outfit
