BE WARNED - STRIP WAX. I had a really bad Brazilian wax here. When I told the waxer before they started that I was sensitive to strip wax, and asked if they could use hot wax, they assured me that strip wax would be fine and they used it all the time. The whole area was peeling in the days following. I asked for a refund and they flatly refused, offering me a gift card, which I declined because I would never get treated there again (or risk a friend going there). Most salons that are trying to be upmarket (as this place clearly is) use hot wax on sensitive areas. Not Eden Spa. $60 for a strip wax Brazilian?! The whole point of getting a strip wax is that it's cheaper! They're a total rip off. Plus, they were fairly horrible about this whole scenario over the phone. The management, got really snappy at me when I wasn't even raising my voice or using unfair language. They also suggested that I should have taken pictures of said peeling.
