Honestly the staff at Eden Laser Clinic Sans Souci are just so unprofessional. I'm not sure if they just don't want to be there or have woken up one day and have said you know what I'm going to give the worst customer service as possible but their service is appalling. Not only do they speak to you condescendingly with no care factor they don't even know how to use their own system for a simple task and then blame the customer for the error.
I actually haven't heard a positive thing about this place and they really need to reconsider their new hires.
After reading other comments I feel their pain.
Worst customer service zero care factor all therapist tell you different information ended up with more hair than I started with. Was told this happen to 1 in a million. Spent hundreds to end up 1000 times worse. Do not go to Eden laser clinic sans Souci staff are extremely rude and arrogant.
Ask to speak to the manager and was already dealing with the rude manager who had no empathy towards me. I had referred a number of people to them at the start of my treatment and their feedback is the same rude staff.
Will be taking this further. I have called laser clinics caringbah and what a difference in customer service and that was just on the phone.
Going to try them hopefully they have better people skills and can treat customers with more respect.
Wish I never entered Eden at sans Souci!!!
I have been in one at sans Souci. Please girls NEVER prepaid your treatments..and if you do please ask for a receipt. And if you ask for receipt please ask them to write down that you have prepaid your next treatment. I was there today with my friend and we had to pay again the treatment which we had already paid. I won't trust them NEVER again.
Just be aware please:
Eden laser clinic is the worst place to get laser treatment.
Without having a well experienced Staff, they are promising 100% satisfaction.
