Very bad service. They quoted me incorrectly and changed the specs after i had the quote approved by my client & advised the quote would have to change if i wanted anything different to the incorrect specs they quoted me for. I will NEVER work with them. Lucky i realised their incompetence before proceeding with my job.
Never again, changed specs of signage. I also had business cards printed which all came different sizes and paid top dollar and gave me the cheapest quality cards. arrogant , and charged me to re-print their own mistakes.!! service extremely poor. Quality extremely poor. I will never use and sure wont recommend to anyone. Bad!!
I used the services of Edge Creative for the first time and definitely wont be the last. My experience of the business was very professional and I got the full understanding and professionalism that my projected need to be done efficiently.
I would recommend this business to anyone who needs their printing/design done with the best of quality in service and work.

My experience with Edge Creative has been extremely negative. Cards came faulty and finally their management agreed to send me 500 new cards (not even the 1000 I ordered originally because they claimed no fault and said it was my graphic designers fault!- after tracing emails this was not the case). Just when I thought we had reached an understanding and their management asked that I do the right thing and remove my review from True Local when I receive the new cards. I requested the removal straight away instead of waiting as I always try and keep good relationships. Since then I have been ignored and fobbed off. This was over a month ago- no sign of cards, no answer to my emails and I have been ignored by Edge Creative to the point where I feel no option but to take this further. I have given them until 5pm today to reply to my email with an update on delivery. I sincerely hope that Edge Creative follow through on their word and make things right. I am upset ...read more
Still nothing. Based on my experience I would never recommend entering into business with Edge Creative. In business, if you make a mistake own up to it. This was something that Edge Creative were incapable of.
I myself encountered the same disgusting experience with edge creative. extremely poor.
I just used Edge Creative for the first time. I am surrounded by local printers who quoted me alot more for 500 foil printed business cards - so I decided to go with an interstate printer and I'm so glad I did. I am a graphic designer and have 18 yrs experience in advertising and I can tell you the service from Edge Creative was very good and the printing exceptional - I had tiny type on my cards and the clarity is perfect. Very happy! Very fast printing and delivery. I will be using Edge Creative again! Thank you Adam and your team!
