I had the best experience. My hair was very damaged and over bleached. Michael (cutter) and Jamie (colourist) restored my hair Through an amazing cut and colour which was more natural, but very stylish and suited me better. I have recieved heaps of compliments and the best part is my hair is so well cut that it requires very little work to make it look nice and styled. Yes you do have to wait, it does cost a bit more...I personally don’t care if they have a dog in the salon...if you’re unhappy with your hair and want awesome hair this is the place to go in Canberra, hands down amazing.

Unprofessional and unhygienic. It is NOT ok to have dogs in a hair salon. When I addressed this with the supervisor I was asked, "What's the difference with dogs outside at a cafe?" The fact that I was even asked this goes to show that management and staff think that ths practice in a hair salon is acceptable.

Terrible experience. The simple process of a trim of ends took 90 minutes, after a wait of 20 minutes. The actual hairdresser spent 10 minutes trimming the ends. The rest of the time was spent with a beginner who had no idea what to do. Neither she nor I should have been left in that position. And it cost $96!

Love, love, loved it!!! Will definitely be returning. Michael and Krystal listened to my every need as well as offering there professional opinions. They also gave me lots of tips on how to make my hair at home look as amazing as when I left the salon. I have even been asked a few times by complete strangers at the shops as to where I get my hair done :)

I went to Edge to have my hair done last week. After recently moving to Canberra I was extremely nervous being that I have only ever had 1 hairdresser do my hair in 10 years.... After my consultation with Michael and Krystal I knew I was in safe hands. They are amazing hairdressers and work well together (even better than my previous hairdresser, but shhhhh don't say I said that). The staff there are all very welcoming and all in all was a wonderful experience. Will definitely be returning!
