Edinburgh Gallery Bed and Breakfast offers moderately priced accommodation in the heart of Hobart.This grand Federation home (c.1908) has its original retro furnishings. There are seven guest rooms, four with ensuite facilities and three with shared bathroom facilities. The original wooden floors and staircases have been exposed and polished. The executive ensuites are majestically proportioned, two have north facing enclosed verandas and queen-size beds.Each room is individually furnished and decorated in a distinctive “hip-heritage” style. All rooms have television, bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Our guest lounge has books, magazines, large-screen television, and a wide range of DVDs and videos on hand. Internet access is available. Paintings and sculpture are on display throughout the house.There is car parking behind the house so you can leave your car and explore the city on foot - Salamanca Place and Salamanca Arts Centre, the waterfront art and craft galleries and restaurants,; the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery; Federation Concert Hall; the historic village of Battery Point, and Sandy Bay.
