We booked a service via 131349 to repair our Westinghouse Oven and were quoted $145 call-out fee, plus parts.
A technician came to our place in February 2018. He seemed reluctant to repair the oven for some reason. He said that he will “try to source parts” and would call us back to complete the repair. He never called back. I’ve received no messages on my mobile or my email.
Today, I received a bill for $145!!! ... over 4 months after the call out and having done absolutely nothing to service the oven!!
The service provided is unacceptable. We have no intention of paying the amount billed.
Electrolux must overhaul their service arrangements. They don’t work and are in fact a disservice to the brands and a destruction of their goodwill.
ZERO stars, as far as we're concerned.
Fridge doors 2 years old and gone again, first they say will provide pro rata and get a new fridge than they say no, all over the shop, supervisor not interested. Would not talk to me.
Only thing they are good for is ensuring we never buy electrolux again.

Very bad service. Arranged a service call and they were unable to give even an approximate time until the booked day. My husband and i both work full time, so my husband had to take a whole day off to sit and wait for them. On the day i had to ring twice to the service centre to be told it would be 'sometime after lunch'. The technician eventually called when i was unable to pick up the phone, and even though i called back within 10 mins he had already cancelled the appointment. He hadn't bothered to show up to the house at all where my husband was waiting. I then spent the next 20 mins on hold to the service centre only to be told we would have to book another day. This service centre does not cater to people who work themselves, i will definitely not be booking through Electrolux service centre again
2 weeks ago our less than 1 year old Electrolux washing machine broke down. After 2 back to back service calls, the "technician" told us our machine would be replaced with a brand new machine and this would happen in a couple of days [lie #1]. After numerous calls to them all I'm getting is a different lie each time and no machine. Sorry Electrolux but you picked the wrong person to stuff around, not only do I come from a technical background ( with the TAFE certificates to back it up) but I used to setup and run call centres so I know all the tricks when you don't want to deliver....
