Elements Face & Body

My first visit to Elements was for a Brazilian wax. I will not be returning. While the staff were pleasant, I was less than satisfied with the quality of the work done. The wax was applied and when ripped off would break into thirds and the therapist would have to go back for second and third goes (certainly something to be said for ripping it off like a bandaid because second and third attempts ain't fun!!). There was still patches of hair where there shouldn't have been, including my bikini line (presumably the 'easier' area to wax) and now I am left putting up with awful ingrowns :( I don't have a history of shaving the area so can't see why it was so difficult to get right. Definitely not worth the $60 I paid.

Really nice ladies and great customer service! They also do deals in the entertainment book which was awesome :)

After growing out my nails for my up coming formal, I thought it would be a nice idea to get a manicure as a little treat, but I regret it!! The staff cut my nails, after I told staff to keep them long. Staff then used a really rough file and proceeded to destroy my nails. Staff filed them so low that they actually hurt and were really sensitive. Staff then painted my nails and did such a poor job, staff continuously knocked the wet nail polish with hand and watch, so I had to remove the nail polish and paint my nails again. Very disappointed and would not recommend Elements face and body!

Friendly service and lovely salon. Have always enjoyed my little self indulgent moments and chose Elements Face and Body my last time in Queanbeyan after I was recommended by my cousin. I'll definitely be back for more!
