Ordered a set of basketball uniforms. One of them was the wrong size, and the replacement took several weeks to arrive - in fact, it arrived after season's end. I was promised a refund for the uniform. Still waiting... The sales manager was very helpful during the creation of the order, then disappeared entirely having promised a refund.
I was purchasing alot of my equipment here and was happy with equipment until my bat was faulty and i had to do warranty on it.
I took the bat to Elite Sports and left it with them, called them a few weeks later and they said they were still waiting, called back another couple of weeks later and said they didn't know where my bat was. I left it with them to give me a call. As you can guess, no call. I emailed them asking where my bat was, no reply.
