Wow! Beautiful and clean salon environment, friendly and helpful staff and amazing hair stylists! The girls really do make you feel special and care for your hair! I have visited numerous of high-end salons in Perth and Sydney and this sure does hit the top! Great work girls, can't wait til my next appointment :)
I keep coming back here because I know the ladies will look after me.They know exactly what I want and I totally trust them.I've been coming to this beautiful little hidden salon for over one year now and I would NOT go anywhere else.They keep record of your last colour and spoil you with coffee, juice & the latest magazines.I dont feel like just a number to them (unlike some salons at busy shopping malls) I have recommended 3 of my close friends to this salon and they LOVE it! had my hair done here not long ago and i felt uncomfortable the whole time. where do i begin, the staff doing my hair spoke in another language which i thought was rude!!! i told staff i wanted a change of colour or cut and it seemed like none of these options were possible the answer i got was "sorry i dont know how to do that" unbelivable!.
Plain and simple AWKARD salon not a good experince.

We are sorry your experience was Awkward.
If we dont feel comfortable or confident enough to do a certain cut or colour that we have not done before we wont go ahead with it and try discuss a different option.We rather be honest with you then do something to your hair and have no idea what we are doing.
I myself speak 4 languages,therefore we do get ALOT of european clients.They feel more comfortable coming to us because their english isnt the best and its much easier for them to explain in their language what they would like to achieve with their hair.Afterall we do live in a very multi cultural country and sorry you had to listen to a different language.
We still dont think we deserve 1/2 a star for that :( :( :(
