The quality wasn't up to the standard I was able to find at other Embroidme stores, definitely not the customer service.
Sadly the staff seemed flustered and confused at simple instructions for graphic designs.
I'm not going to go into detail of my experience with them but to give you an idea, I asked for them to draw a cow and they sent me a piece of toast and then they became quite disrespectful and refused when I wanted to return the product.. ...read more
We met the team at a Networking Session with Vintage FM 87.6 and have been using EmbroidMe at Penrith ever since. They are always friendly, professional and efficient. They take pride in all their work and provide great advise, direction and knowledge which is very helpful for a small business like our Rock n Roll dance studio.
