The customer service is terrible, I waited 3 weeks to find out that my parcel had been delivered there without any notification from them what so ever. A few times after that more parcels still no notification or delivery at all. Put a smile on your face and do your job right.
Unfortunately this is my local post office so when things arrive at home and I'm not there they go to Emerton.
The staff a very grumpy and slow. I picked a parcel up from there once and the staff that served me did not say a word to me, that staff took the card and brought a book out and pointed for me to sign and just left my parcel on the bench.
If you dont like your job, find a new one. Customer service in a place like a post office should be one of their first and foremost concerns.

So newbie, your implying that we should all sit at home awaiting for our parcels to arrive when some places have an expected time frame of 4-6 weeks for delivery??
I didn't realize that it wasn't part of the role for a post office to ensure the delivery of items and that we are required to purchase something to pick up something that has already been paid for to be delivered.. hmm.
All this aside, it's the customer service that should be looked at, if you're not polite and kind or do not have the skills why associate with a job that should require such skill. I've never found this type of rudeness in the post office in surrounding areas.. clearly the staff members need some training on their customer service skills. This is just constructive criticism.
Yes the customer service is terrible. First off yous dont deliver parcels at all secondly yous dont let us know that our parcel has arrived, thirdly we pay for delivery so technically we do pay you and no we dont want to spend money in that post office when we've already spent money for our delivery to your post office. All you need to do is your job properly. Thank you!!
