I had an appointment one week ago with Dr. Aggarwal and I must say that I really liked his approach. I felt listened to and he explained his reasoning behind things which few psychiatrists tend to do. He was not at all judgmental. It was the best session I have ever had with a psychiatrist and I have seen quite a lot on my lifetime. Unlike other posts, I had no problems with the receptionist. She was lovely and had a good sense of humor. I noticed that everyone came out of their appointments with a smile while I was waiting. My only disappointment was that the day before my mobile was playing up and the receptionist had been trying to reach me to confirm I was attending. I later received messages saying I needed to confirm or someone else would be offered the appointment. I just spoke on the phone and in person to a really impolite receptionist (I seriously hope she was just having a bad day!) She made me feel foolish, awkward and a nuisance, simply for trying to make an appointment to see a Dr who I had just been referred to, who is apparently unavailable. She told me I would need to fax or personally present my referral before I could make any appointments and I could see someone else (this is fine). So I went to present my referral in person. On arrival, the receptionist proceeded to ignore me for a lengthy period of time on what seemed to be a personal or in the very least non urgent call (without barely acknowledging my presence, but for a raised eyebrow and smug smirk, she could see I was looking uncomfortable). When she finally decided to address me, she spoke to me in the same condescending way she did in the phone. I have made an appointment with a Dr, but to be honest, I'm not sure I want to go back there after that!
Service is really good,less waiting time and near to werribee station!!.

My brother went to Empathy Health Care, he said the receptionist was very rude, was more interested with what she was looking at on the internet than assisting my brother. The psychiatrist was okay, had to wait 20mins to get in but in the end my brother found a more helpful practice.
I was so anxious about going to this appointment - the receptionist was truly wonderful and very helpful with my queries. The Dr was also wonderful!! Great location.
