EMS AIRPORT EXPRESS

Do not use them, not recommended. I booked EMS express both way. Dropping off airport, no issue. But while picking me from airport, they came 45 mins late. After I sit in car, they said they need to pick someone as well from international. That means another 1 hr. I said I cant wait that long, you should have told me before so I can arrange something else. I even offer to get out of car and go myself and they can continue with international passenger pick up. But then they said, I have to pay full price even though I am getting off!! You told me about new pick up after I sit in car. I even called you 2 hrs before and you can mention that. It is not fair that you come late and let me wait another hr and if I go myself, u still charges me. About late, first they said too much traffic and took him 2.5 hrs from mt Druitt , then they said there was accident on M7- as I checked on google there was no accident that day.
