Dodgy and terrible job done. Paid $220 for a small new unit and they absolutely haven't cleaned the bathroom floor, windows. They call themselves end of lease cleaning but don't provide the basic cleaning that's required to be done as a part of the eol cleaning! They are extremely rude and told me I'm lucky to have gotten their services!! Extremely dodgy, bad customer service, vague terms & conditions.. In all, AVOID at all costs, even if they quote the cheapest price in town! Regretting not using a better and more qualified cleaning company that are actually concerned about their customers!!! My agent has come back saying it's really not what most cleaners do for the amount of money they've taken.
