A truly expensive and dissapointing experience.
My 1 hour massage was really 45 mins (at best) + 15 mins of "consultation"
50 mins of facial was really a 40 mins treatment +10 mins of sales talk (they try hard to sell you their in house products)
I came in to relax @ $270 and really not looking to purchase anymore stuff. Or to be short changed.
I've had enough 1 hour massage to know what it feels like and sure enough when i left the place i was bangon time ie the girl has used my treatment time with sales talk.
Never again.
The customer service, desperately need learn about professional & how to talk polite & friendly with all of customer. We've all came & paid to reduced our stress,relaxation.
Not for facing a rude customer service.
A customer service suppose to more friendly than a customer.
Normally, I can't speak highly enough of this chain but you couldn't pay me enough to walk back into this particular store. Not only did the management have customer service skills akin to the warmth of ice, they managed to miss half my booking and seemed to make no effort to amend this and to top it off their prices for waxing are up to 50% higher than other stores.
