One of Australia leading utility base company offering gas and electricity in Australia. I have been with them for quite some time now and most of my family is also with them. However, given how competitive the market is at present with so many options I havent found their discount rate to be as attractive. In calling up the customer service team, I was immediately transfer to their retention team as soon as I had stressed that I was unhappy with the discount offering and other suppliers offering a much more attractive deal in the market. The person I spoke to was friendly and professional, understood what I was trying to outline and immediately took action and reviewed my account and suggested a revised offering. The way he had handled it I thought was quick and prompt to try and a void a customer from cancelling was very professional, as a result I remained with them.
