Charged me for an item I did not request. Asked to cancel the transaction and they wouldnt. Taken it to comsumer affairs.
WARNING, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. VERY SUSPECT and definately dodgy

They sold me an alloy FMX sandwich plate that was a poor fit and rubbed on the flexplate making a terrible noise. I had to remove my transmission and fit an OEM sandwich plate. They blamed my HE after market sump ( which fits no problem with an OEM plate) Anyway if that was the case (which its not) then why did it not say so in the advert? Most builds use after market sumps !! They refused a refund even after my massive effort to remove the transmission again to fix it and also being a long term customer.
They initially promised a refund if I sent it back, once they received it they pointed the finger at me, now they have my money and the goods.
Beware !!! very poor quality part and customer service.
