"My kindergarten age son had a minor procedure to address his nose bleeds, done in rooms by Dr Kong. It was the first procedure of any kind that he has had and it could have been overwhelming for him given his young age. Yet it was completely the opposite and I fully credit that to Dr Kong's demeanour. Dr Kong fully engaged my son, humored him and explained everything, even how all the 'cool' tools in in his surgery worked.
My little boy was so happy he didn't mind the procedure at all.

I was practically stunned as we left Dr Kong's office when my son actually said to me "I hope I have another nose bleed so I can come back here" - that's a testament to Dr Kong's attitude and care of his patients.

(Fortunately as well, the procedure was successful and no, he doesn't need to go back!)

I did not have a good experience with this practice. Hopefully my review is simply enough to be accepted as previously gave details of my experience and it was rejected ...go figure

My noses always blocked for many years, I had to use nasal spray. Someone introduced me to Dr. Kong in North Shore ENT. I went to see Dr. Kong, He diagnosed and showed me on the camera screen that I have the deviated Septum , my two turbinates are large and they obstructed the air way, I also have the problem with dust allergy. It block my noses.
Dr, Kong recommended me to have Septoplasty and surgery to reduce turbinates and Nasal septum reconstruction. Dr. Kong also used Microlaryngoscopy to remove Vallecular cysts in my throat. Completely satisfied with my experience with Dr Justin Kong. From the day of the first consult to the last of my follow-up, his demeanour was completely friendly and professional. He was very interested in ensuring I understood what was going to happen during my surgery and what I would experience after. I really did feel comfortable going into the surgery and had no surprises during the recovery.
I am delighted with the outcome. I had suffered with breathing issues for many years, which had impacted the quality of my life. It is now a tremendous relief to finally breathe normally and easily. I am very grateful to Dr Kong and his staff, his nurse was also especially helpful in the entire process as well.
I would enthusiastically recommend Dr Kong to any patient.

Dr Kong was great!! He is the best doctor we have been to. I went to see him for my daughter who was shy. He took the time to make her feel comfortable and explained all the options we had. He spent time answering all our questions about the surgery and possible risks. Nothing felt like too much trouble. He was so good with my kids that when my GP told me I needed to see an ENT for my son also, I didn't hesitate to go back to Dr Kong. The staff at his office were just as good. The whole experience has been stressfree and easy. The ladies at the office have been great with my kids, answered any questions I had and returned all my calls. I would recommend Dr Kong to everyone.
